This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and SoloAiLabs LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the services, content, and resources provided by the Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Services").
By registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform's services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Platform's services.
The Platform provides the following services:
You must be at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from your legal guardian to register and use the Platform's services. You are required to provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and update your account information in a timely manner.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account password and are liable for all activities conducted using your account. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify the Platform immediately.
The Platform provides some free resources, but most premium resources and services require payment. Specific prices are as displayed on the Platform's pages, and we reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
Multiple payment methods are supported, including WeChat Pay, Alipay, and Stripe (international credit cards). After payment is completed, the order status will be updated to "Paid", and you can view and download purchased resources in the Member Center.
Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew upon expiration. You may cancel your subscription at any time in the Member Center, and the service will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.
The Platform endeavors to ensure continuous availability of services but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may periodically maintain, update, or suspend services, and we are not liable for any inconvenience caused thereby.
Resources and content provided by the Platform are sourced from third parties or developed by the Platform itself. We have made reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content, but do not make any express or implied guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the content.
Users shall independently judge and evaluate the suitability of acquired resources and assume full risk for their use. The Platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of resources.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for reference only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or services of third-party websites.
The Platform is not liable for service interruptions or losses caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, changes in government policies, network failures, etc.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, videos, software, tutorials, etc., is protected by copyright law, trademark law, and other intellectual property laws. Unless explicitly authorized by the Platform or relevant rights holders, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or use the content for commercial purposes.
Upon purchasing resources, you obtain a personal use license and may not resell, share, or distribute the resources to third parties in any manner.
You agree to comply with the following rules when using the Platform's services:
The Platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement, fraudulent activities, etc. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and purchased resources.
As the Platform provides digital goods and services, no refunds will be issued once the purchase is completed and download access is granted, unless there is a technical failure or significant issue with the resources themselves. For detailed refund policy, please refer to the Refund Policy page.
The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modified terms will take effect upon publication on the Platform, and your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
